Telephone Consultations
All of our therapists offer 45-minute telephone consultations. These consultations are available to our current clients, as well as to others who would like to receive professional information in a manner that maximizes convenience and confidentiality.
Telephone consultations allow you to speak with a licensed counselor or psychologist from the comfort of your home or office. Appointment times are more varied than our regular in-office appointments. This is particularly helpful for those who:
- cannot leave work
- do not have child care
- health makes it difficult to attend appointments away from home
- do not have transportation
- do not live in Albuquerque
Face-to-face and voice-to-voice contact is also available via computer, using Skype, for those who wish to take advantage of this technological option.
Consultations are scheduled in much the same way as in-office appointments. Please call our office at 345-2778 to schedule a consultation and to find out the exact fee for each professional. Consultations are charged to your credit card at the time of scheduling (we do not bill insurance).
Your telephone consultation is treated with the same attention and professionalism as an in-office appointment. If you must cancel or reschedule a consultation appointment, we ask that you give us a minimum of 24-hours notice, as your time is reserved especially for you. If we do not receive 24-hour notice, we do not refund the amount that has been charged to your credit card.
